What's love??

My msn nick these days goes like this " What's life all about? What's happiness? WHat's love?'

I got a number of friends replying me and telling me what's love.

This is what once of my good friend said:

love is loving yourself

so that other has the capability of loving you too..

and making an effort to make that someone happy..and that someone don have to be your partner, can be a friend, a stranger or an animal

This is what another of my friend told me, He said that he chance upon it in the bible or something like that:

Love is patient, love is kind.

It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered,

it keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

It always protects, always hope, always persevere.

Orchard Outing with Bond

Supposed to go for a high-tea buffet over at Cafe Vienna. It's supposed to be really cheap. We even went there earlier by more than 1+hr, but still, we are not early enough!!! The quene was so long by the time that we got there, there's no way that there'll be enough seats for us. We decided to go walk around orchard and eat what ever that we see and chance along. Yu hua did a stupid thing again. She did the forbidden thing. She dare us to finish all the curry puffs that she buy. We accepted the dare and ended up with more than 10+ dollars of curry puffs. Ranging from the normal potato curry ones to those 'exotic' ones like durian and yam etc etc. Everyone took a bite of each of the puffs and pass them along, really fun actually. We had quite a good time eating and 'fighting' for them. Food, food is always the thing that can make all of us bond together. Whahahaaaa Terence was being pick up by a little kid while we are walking around Taka basement. Really funny. The kid just walked up to terence from behind him and puledl at his polo. Really funny!!
Got kinda pissed during the day. So mad then that i decided to walk off and walk ard by myself. It's nothing much actually, it's just a case of mis-com but somehow i was really affected. Went to paragon and shop ard. Bought a pair of adidas sports sch and also a badminton bag. Am alright after that. So what does this have to prove? It goes to prove that Retail Therapy does works! whahaaa. And yea, gonna thank Terence for sponsering me 50 bucks in buying the shoe!

THe earth is square instead of round!!

The MOst boring and useless lesson for this term is this. TWC. Technology and world change. Really really crazy. So boring that i'm eating and taking pictures in class!! whhaaa. Look at the Da Bao!! Yam yam. Really reall bored in class manz, that's why Michelle and me were busy taking pictures throughout the whole lesson!!

As mentioned earlier, the lesson is TWC ( Technology and world change). Thus as a motivated and diligent studetn, i tried very hard to put what i learnt in class into practise. As u can see from the pic below, my lappy and cellphone etc!! whahhaa, good student right? whahhaaaNick

ps: because of writing this entry, i kanna called out by the prof to answer a question!! Damn it !!

Preparation for Berkelah Trek ---- Choc Cornflakes

Supper with Bond....... less Terence!

Supper with Bond, everyone but less Terence, cos he's MUGGING & MUGGING!!! HAd Prawn noodles with Yu hua n Kelvin before we met up with the Chans over yassin. The prawn noodles was only alright, the special thing is that the soup is herbal soup (not even very strong). But the thing is that Yu hua made it sound so good that i was a little disappointed after eating it.

ANd yea, the reason why i am having the Prata after my prawn mee is because i haven had prata for 5 months!! So this is my first prata since i was back from the states! Look at the crispy prata and the tea, not too bad huh? whahhahaaa
And as usual, guo hao had his tosai(i don't know how to spell it). I've never really tried it, maybe i'll try it the next time. Don't really understand why guo hao like it so much after seeing him eat that for so long.

Poor me have to take bus home from Bendemeer. Have to take bus 985 i think then followed by bus 302. Sianz. took me more than an hour manz. Stupid Guo hao still say that it's gonna be really fast. I almost died in the bus manz.

Dinner with my Swiss Buddy and chilling out with the Swiss at Holland V.

Finally get to meet up for dinner with my swiss exchange buddy. Felt really bad about this all the while cos not only i didin't pick him up at the airport, i also didn't really help him adjust to like in singapore and smu at all. Ya, what a lousy buddy i am. SHouldn't even have signed up for this at all.

ANyway, i think i kinda made up for it cos i waited 4 hours for my buddy, Dirk, for dinner!! 4 HOURS!! Was so freaking hungry then. Went for dinner with all his class mates etc. With this i got to know 3 more ppl from smu and also 4 more swiss! NOt too bad.

We brought the Swiss to try some 'King of Fruits' near bugis. Some of them like it, especially Yagiz and Carmen, but poor Sven(the guy in red) can't take it at all. Haa haa. Really funny when u see him in agony trying to eat the durian. Wondering why i didn't mention anymore things about my buddy? Cos my buddy went back to sch to mug! Insane!!
Decided to go for some drinks after dinner and durian. Thought about a few places like chijmes, Holland V and even local coffeeshops!! Decided to go to Holland V in the end. Took 2 cabs there. WAited DAMN *UCKING long for the cabs. Stupid cabs in singapore don't stop when ppl wave at them! Either the cab drivers are all blind or that they are too rich that they are just simply driving around wasting fuel. Finally got the cabs after like 20mins of waving and waiting. Haiz.
